1. Purpose of the Application

Odyssey is a personal logging and tracking utility designed to help users organize and track movies and TV shows.

2. No Video Streaming or Content Hosting

• Odyssey is not a streaming service and does not host, stream, distribute, download, or index video files or media streams.
• All media artwork, titles, plot summaries, and release dates are retrieved for informational and cataloging purposes.

3. Local Storage and Backup Responsibility

• Your watch history, lists, and ratings are stored locally on your device.
• Because Odyssey operates without central servers, you are responsible for maintaining backups using the built-in Google Drive sync or JSON export features.

4. Third-Party Services

Odyssey interfaces with external metadata services provided on an "as is" basis. Sunbreeze Labs cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party catalog servers.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Odyssey is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Sunbreeze Labs is not liable for data loss arising from device failures, system resets, or unbacked-up data deletion.
